The Riverside Company, a global investment firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, announced it has invested in Shine, a franchisor of residential and commercial window cleaning, holiday lighting, pressure washing and related services. This investment marks the latest add-on to Riverside’s portfolio company, Evive Brands, a fast-growing platform of franchise concepts serving homes and families across North America.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Jenison, Michigan, Shine operates through a network of over 75 territories across 20 states. Shine offers a range of year-round exterior services to residential and commercial customers, including window cleaning, power washing, roof and gutter cleaning and holiday lighting.
