Providence Investment Partners is pleased to announce a debt and equity investment in B&S Aircraft Alloys. The financing supported Dallas Opportunity Partners’ investment in B&S alongside the two owners to support future growth of the business.

B&S was founded in 1979 in Long Island, NY, and is a value-added distributor of exotic and high-performance metal alloys used in critical industries such as military aerospace and commercial aviation, as well as other industrial markets.
