Founders has announced that certain principals of Founders Advisors, LLC advised the sale of Southern Clearing, a leading provider of vegetation management services, to Plexus Capital. The transaction closed on December 11, 2024.

Established in 2010 by founder Alan Miller, Southern Clearing is a trusted leader in commercial and residential land clearing services across West Alabama and East Mississippi. The company specializes in right-of-way clearing, new line clearing, herbicide vegetation control, hazardous tree removal, tree trimming, and brush removal.
