Medallion Capital is pleased to announce that we recently provided a follow-on investment in Gilman Cheese, a Wisconsin-based specialty cheese producer recognized for its high-quality, award-winning products. The company offers a broad selection of cheeses, including extended shelf-life, organic, low-moisture, and rBST-free varieties, available in a wide range of flavors and packaging formats. 

Gilman serves a diverse set of end markets, including private label grocery, restaurants, gift packaging, vending, airlines, and other foodservice channels, as well as school and government nutrition programs.

Medallion Capital provided subordinated debt to support Borgman Capital's recapitalization of the company. We're excited about Gilman Cheese's future and are proud to partner with the company as it continues to grow and capture new market share.
