Main Street Capital Corporation has announced that it recently completed a new portfolio investment totaling $28.0 million to facilitate the minority recapitalization of a leading provider of end-to-end architectural, engineering, land planning and entitlement services. Main Street partnered with the Company's existing owner operator to facilitate the transaction, with Main Street's investment including a combination of first lien, senior secured term debt and a direct minority equity investment.
