HCAP Partners, a California-based private equity firm and nationally recognized impact investor, has announced the successful exit of Chordline Health, a leading provider of fully integrated workflow and analytics software designed by clinicians for managed care. The company has been acquired by a strategic partner that will continue to invest in its next-generation software platform, ACUITYnxt. Terms of the exit were not disclosed.
