Hamilton Lane, alongside Stockdale Capital Partners, has acquired The Shoppes at Chino Hills, an open-air lifestyle center in Chino Hills, California. Stockdale led the acquisition, with Hamilton Lane participating as a co-investor.

The property serves the growing Inland Empire market and features a mix of retail, dining and experiential tenants. Stockdale plans to invest in the center through rebranding, remerchandising and repositioning initiatives, including renaming the property The Shops at Chino Hills.
