Genesis Park, through its investment fund GP Capital Partners II, LP, has announced its recent investment in Procare Integrated Health & Transport, in stragetic partnership with Prodos Capital and Manoli Investment Group. Genesis Park, along with Tecum Capital and SharpVue Capital, provided growth capital to support the partnership.
