Bluehenge Capital Partners announces the successful recapitalization of Rotorcraft Leasing Company (RLC) to Voyager Interests, concluding Bluehenge’s investment in the offshore aviation services provider.

Headquartered in Broussard, Louisiana, RLC provides mission-critical helicopter transportation for personnel and equipment supporting offshore energy infrastructure across the Gulf Coast and California. Bluehenge worked alongside RLC’s leadership team during its investment to support the company’s operations and long-term growth.
