A Blank Rome team announced it has represented Coen Markets, Inc. in its entry into a definitive agreement to sell 100 percent of the outstanding equity interests of Coen Markets to Cumberland Farms. The transaction was signed on March 12, 2025, and is expected to close later this year, subject to satisfaction of antitrust approvals and customary closing conditions.
