St. Cloud Capital is a Los Angeles‐based private investment firm founded in 2001 to provide debt and equity growth capital to the U.S. lower middle market, typically into companies with annual revenues between $10 million and $150 million and with EBITDA of less than $10 million.  St. Cloud has investments in companies across a wide range of industries and in every layer of the capital structure, including senior secured debt, subordinated debt, and preferred and common stock. St. Cloud typically invests between $5 million and $20 million in non‐control situations, acting as both a financial and strategic partner to strong management teams and industry entrepreneurs in fulfilling their long‐term growth plans.

Responsibilities

The Senior Associate / Vice‐President role, depending on experience, with St. Cloud will include the following responsibilities:

− Evaluating new investment opportunities, including financial modeling, industry research, site visits, and interviewing management teams

− Conducting due diligence and communicating findings to team

− Drafting of investment memorandums

− Portfolio company management

− Investor communication and presentations

− Involvement in deal sourcing

− Supporting fundraising efforts

Qualifications

St. Cloud is seeking the following qualifications for the role:

− 3-7 years’ experience, including investment banking, consulting, finance, restructuring, commercial lending, and/or operations.

− Strong academic record

− Organizational skills

− Financial modeling skills

− Ability to work independently

− Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
