Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role based in Los Angeles, CA. As an Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the acquisition and development of lower middle market companies. This includes conducting industry research, financial analysis, due diligence, deal sourcing, and portfolio monitoring. You will work closely with the investment team to evaluate and execute investment opportunities and support portfolio company growth initiatives. 

Start date - July 2025

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Experience in conducting industry research and due diligence
• Ability to source and evaluate investment opportunities
• Knowledge of private equity investment practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in investment banking, consulting, or accounting
