Seneca Partners has announced the successful exit of its portfolio company Lind Marine, a diversified marine services business headquartered in Vallejo, California, to Tallvine Partners, an infrastructure-focused investment firm based in Miami, Florida. 

Acting as an independent sponsor, Seneca invested in Lind Marine in 2022 through a majority recapitalization alongside Kingswood Capital Management and family office investors sponsored by Seneca, while partnering with Lind Marine's owners, Christian and Aaron Lind, who retained significant ownership in the company.
