On June 20, 2025, Corbel Capital Partners closed a debt investment into Aegis Sciences Corporation, a leading national healthcare and forensic toxicology laboratory based in Nashville, TN. Founded in 1990, the Company provides high-complexity drug monitoring services to clients nationwide, with a core focus on pain management and behavioral health populations. Aegis is a portfolio company of Abry Partners, an established North American private equity firm. The primary use of proceeds from the transaction was to repay existing debt.
