It’s been one year since the SBA finalized comprehensive revisions to the SBIC program including the establishment of several new license categories (i.e., Accrual Debentures, Reinvestor SBICs). How are applicants and licensees responding to the new regulations? Are there any unexpected opportunities or challenges? What are SBA’s perspectives after the first year?
