Registration opens in June 2024 for the Small Business Investor Alliance's National Summit for Middle Market Funds -- the lower middle market’s signature networking and fundraising event. The annual conference is curated to inspire, educate, and celebrate the industry -- and to facilitate senior-level, high quality networking between lower middle market funds and investors.

Set to take place Sunday, October 27 through Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida, the National Summit features CapitaLinx, SBIA's unique fundraising opportunity that utilizes a strategic GP/LP matchmaking platform between institutional investors and lower middle market funds. 

Every year, the National Summit for Middle Market Funds:

* attracts more than 500 lower middle market fund managers, limited partners, investment bankers, and industry professionals;
* offers a collegial networking environment with senior-level decision makers;
* includes thoughtfully planned content sessions, inspiring keynote speakers, and timely updates on the legislative and regulatory agendas in Washington;
* features the popular Dealmakers' Wine Tasting reception, a unique opportunity for GPs to connect with all participating limited partners; and
* serves as a host for CapitaLinx, SBIA’s exclusive matchmaking opportunity for institutional investors and lower middle market funds. All funds that register for the National Summit are eligible to participate in CapitaLinx*, at no additional fee. *Please note, funds in formation must be SBIA members to participate in CapitaLinx.

Please note: Your conference name badge is required to participate in all Summit-related sessions, receptions and activities, as well as to access all conference spaces, including the Networking Lounge. Name badges are required for any registrant spouse/significant other for entree into the Networking Receptions and dedicated spouse/significant other breakfasts. If your spouse plans to attend, please send us their full name at events@sbia.org so we can have the appropriate badge ready for them.

PLEASE NOTE: Professional Service Provider participation
(i.e. accounting, consulting, due diligence, fund administration, industry data research, law, and software firms)
is limited to the firm sponsoring the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All National Summit registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to SBIA via email. In order to receive a partial or full refund you must also cancel your reservation in The Breakers room block, if applicable. Please see below for more information regarding our cancellation deadlines:

Golf and tennis registrations are subject to the National Summit cancellation policy. You may transfer your registration to another member of your firm by sending an email to events@sbia.org. National Summit registration, including any activity registration is non-transferable to registrants outside of your firm. SBIA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
