As an independent sponsor, unlike our committed fund counterparts, there are no pre-determined time frames for an exit.  We are more patient capital, and, in difficult economic climates, that can be a decided advantage.  Even so, an exit is required to return capital and the planning is a nuanced path that begins at the outset of the investment.
