The Riverside Company, a global investment firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, announces its investment in Wall Street Prep, Inc., a leading global provider of financial training solutions and certifications with more than 300 corporate clients, 150 university partners and 500,000 learners. Riverside acquired WSP from Eden Capital, which invested in the company in 2021.
