January 19, 2024, Greenville/Charleston, SC. -- Route 2 Capital Partners (“Route 2”) is pleased to announce a successful and productive year as we completed nine investments and received our second SBIC license from the Small Business Administration. This new license and support from a diverse group of limited partners allows Route 2 to continue to build on our ability to provide flexible junior capital solutions to lower middle-market companies primarily in the southern U.S. We now have over $450 million in assets under management and we look forward to an active 2024 as we continue to grow our portfolio, build our existing platform investments, and expand our investment team.
