Analytical Technologies Group, a portfolio company of Reynolda Equity Partners, announced it has acquired NTS Laboratory Equipment, Inc. Based in Providence, Rhode Island, ATG Service provides service, maintenance and repair for laboratory instruments critical in the research, development and manufacture of biologic drugs. ATG Service’s customers include pharmaceutical and biotech companies, CDMO’s, universities and government research institutions
