Reynolda Equity Partners announces the acquisition of Southeastern Pond Management, a full-service lake and pond management company, offering a full suite of technical and scientific services to private and commercial pond owners. The investment was made in partnership with incoming CEO, Brett Basik, Founder Norman Latona and his partners, and the SE Pond management team.

SE Pond’s team of credentialed biologists delivers a comprehensive suite of science-based services, including water quality management, fisheries management, aquatic vegetation and weed control, and aeration systems and services. The Company serves a diverse base of private landowners and commercial properties across the Southeast via four regional office locations. Founder Norman Latona built the business over the past 35+ years alongside his partners, Scott Cherones, David Kastner and Kedric Nutt.
