RW Jones is a nationally recognized leader in strategic communications, institutional brand marketing and campus research. The acquisition comes at a time when higher education is facing increasing student enrollment challenges on multiple fronts. By leveraging Eddy’s best-in-class advisory services and marketing execution prowess, its university partners have been successfully tackling these key challenges.

Renovus Founding Partner, Atif Gilani, sees the acquisition as a boon for Eddy’s clients and higher education at large. “To succeed in today’s environment, institutions need to target both traditional and adult learners with a cohesive strategy for branding, communications and overall enrollment management. Eddy is one of the largest pure play providers in the higher-ed category. With the acquisition, Eddy has completed its transition from a provider of lead generation services to a managed services platform,” says Atif Gilani.

Following the successful completion of the RW Jones transaction, Eddy has established itself as a buyer of choice in the higher education technology enabled services space. With support from Renovus, Eddy will continue to actively pursue M&A opportunities.

RW Jones’ brands and teams will remain in place and the Company will continue to be led by its founders Scott Willyerd and Sean Rossall.
