The financing supported Roebling Capital Partner’s (“Roebling”) strategic investment in SprayEZ to support its continued growth. SprayEZ is a premier manufacturer and distributor of spray foam insulation rigs, parts and accessories for professional contractors in the construction, HVAC, and plumbing industries.

Bank of Texas and NewSpring Mezzanine joined Providence in this investment.
