(“Caesar Creek” or the “Company”), has been acquired by Cryptic Vector, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital. Prairie acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Caesar Creek in this transaction, which was led by Anthony Dolan, Managing Director, and Jamie McQueen, Managing Director. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
