Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc. has announced that Arrow Pneumatics, Inc. has been acquired by Milton Industries, Inc., a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. Prairie acted as the exclusive financial advisor in this transaction to Arrow and its shareholders and was led by Tim Witt and Macie Dorow of Prairie. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1914 and located in Broadview, IL, Arrow is a leading designer and manufacturer of a complete line of air preparation products for the compressed air and fluid power markets. The Company’s diverse product offering includes filters, regulators, lubricators, desiccant products and a robust line of sintered bronze filters. Arrow serves both aftermarket and OEM customers in a diverse range of industries including aerospace, automotive, food and beverage, fluid power, medical and industrial equipment manufacturing.
