Plexus Capital announces an investment in Annie Aesthetic. 

Annie Aesthetic is a holding company formed in 2022 by Tucker’s Farm Corporation to execute a buy-and-build strategy in the medical aesthetics (“med spa”) space. The Company provides its patients with non-surgical cosmetic procedures including Botox and filler injections, laser skin and hair removal, wellness treatments, and other elective services. To date, Annie Aesthetic has acquired ten individual med spa brands with 17 locations across the U.S.

The Company has significantly grown revenue since inception and currently maintains a base of ~175 full-time employees across multiple states in the U.S.
