Petra Capital has announced its latest investment in Agathos AEC, an architecture & engineering services platform established through the combination of Plump Engineering, Inc. and JMPE Electrical Engineering. With initial operations based in California, Agathos provides integrated services and expertise across multiple disciplines including, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering, as well as field surveying. Agathos guides clients' complex project needs nationwide from initial planning through construction. Petra provided a subordinated note and equity investment alongside Hunter Forest Capital, Aldine Capital Partners, Pine Street Capital, and Patriot Capital.
