Monroe Capital LLC announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support Point 41 Capital Partners’ acquisitions of Georgia Water & Fire Restoration and Property Medics of Georgia. Together, they will form a new restoration services platform.
