Monroe Capital LLC has announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support Aligned Exteriors Group’s acquisition of Home Pro Roofing, an existing portfolio company created by River Sea Network and Pearl Street Capital Partners.
