Merion Investment Partners IV, L.P. is pleased to announce its investment in Crawl Pros LLC (“Crawl Pros”) in partnership with Momentum Holdings, an Independent Sponsor.

Crawl Pros is a Washington-based provider of residential attic and crawl space services, including cleanouts, insulation, waterproofing, mold remediation, pest control, and duct sealing and cleaning. Operating through multiple locations across Washington and Oregon, the Company delivers turnkey solutions that improve home comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency for homeowners.

Merion’s investment will support the Company in enhancing its operational capabilities and continuing to scale through geographic and service line expansion.
