Ironwood Capital Announces Investment in ECS.

Ironwood Capital has announced its subordinated debt investment in ECS Environmental Solutions, a provider of odor and air pollution control systems for the municipal and industrial end markets. ECS is a portfolio company of Argosy Private Equity and Ironwood’s investment was used to support a refinancing of the Company’s existing debt facilities.
