High Street Capital announced the sale of its portfolio company, Open Range Beef, to an affiliate of American Farmers Network.

Open Range Beef, based in Gordon, Nebraska, is a leading processor of Certified Organic and grass-fed beef serving major retailers nationwide.  “AFN is planning to grow the Gordon, Nebraska location and has hired the vast majority of ORB employees.  “We wish them all the best.” said Kent Haeger, Partner at High Street Capital.  Sanin Mirvic, CEO of AFN, said, “We are pleased to bring these two terrific businesses under one roof to better serve our customers across the country.”  High Street Capital originally invested in Open Range Beef in 2017.
