Hennepin Partners served as the LPi’s exclusive financial advisor and Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. served as legal counsel. Headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, LPi is the largest provider of advertising-supported, print and digital bulletins and newsletters to faith-based, community, and membership organizations across the U.S.
