Splash Plumbing announces the acquistion of AAA Plumbers, Inc. 

Founded in 1998, Splash Plumbing is a provider of commercial plumbing services throughout Southern California. Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Houston, TX, AAA provides commercial plumbing service, repair, and remodel work in the greater Houston market and surrounding communities. The combined businesses create a solid foundation to continue building a leader in the commercial plumbing market. 

Five Points Capital provided incremental debt and an equity co investment to support the acquisition of AAA by Splash. Five Points Capital’s investment in Splash aligns with our 29+ year history of providing flexible financing solutions for the lower middle market and continuing our commitment to serving the capital needs of investors and management teams.
