Capitala led a senior debt financing package in support of a strategic investment in the Company and provided a minority equity co-investment alongside Boyne Capital.
  

Headquartered in Aurora, IL, McNish operates three trusted brands: Walker Process Equipment, Amwell, and E&I Corporation. These businesses are longstanding leaders in the design and manufacture of wastewater treatment equipment for municipal facilities across North America.
