Caltius Structured Capital has announced the recent closing of a debt and equity investment in Laguna Hills, CA-based Strategic Kids, LLC. The financing will be used to support the growth of the business as the Company deepens relationships with existing schools and adds new schools and districts to its roster.

Founded in 2013, Strategic Kids (https://www.strategickids.com/) provides after-school enrichment and school staffing services to districts, charter schools and private schools in California, Colorado and Washington. The Company’s enrichment programs, coaches and paraeducators (special education aides and general instruction aides) augment teachers and staff at schools and school districts. These services improve the outcomes for students, parents and schools the Company supports.
