Brookside Capital Partners provided capital to support a strategic investment in Erie Strayer by an investor group led by CQL Capital, a Manhattan Beach, CA-based middle-market private equity firm, and included co-investors Star Mountain Capital, Tecum Capital, Everside Capital Partners and UMB Private Investments.
