A Blank Rome team served as legal counsel to Victor Capital Partners, a leading middle-market private equity firm investing in branded companies in industrial technology, business service, and specialty consumer industries, in its investment in Specialty Fenestration Group (“SFG”). SFG is a diversified platform that designs and manufactures critical transaction and high-security window and door solutions. SFG is headquartered in Houston, Texas, and operates two subsidiaries, Quickserv Inc. and U.S. Bullet Proofing, Inc. The transaction closed on February 17, 2026.
