Aldine is pleased to announce an investment in Continental Pump (“Continental”) and Integrity Pump & Motor (“Integrity”), collectively, the “Company.” Continental, a Missouri-based manufacturer of progressive cavity pumps, and Integrity, a Tennessee-based manufacturer of vertical, submersible, and centrifugal pumps, have announced the formation of a strategic partnership. The two companies form a new pump manufacturing platform, creating a comprehensive suite of pumps, parts, and service for customers across multiple end markets. Integrity and Continental can now leverage each other’s products and capabilities to support continued growth while delivering quality pumps, motors, and parts with reliability, speed, and an emphasis on superior customer service.
