Aldine is pleased to announce an investment in Agathos AEC, an Architecture & Engineering services platform established through the combination of Plump Engineering, Inc. (“PEI”) and JMPE Electrical Engineering (“JMPE”). Headquartered in California, PEI provides integrated services and expertise across Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, and Survey disciplines, guiding complex projects nationwide from initial planning through construction. JMPE is a California based electrical engineering and lighting design firm with offices in Santa Barbara, Bakersfield, and Santa Maria.

Aldine provided a subordinated note and equity investment alongside Hunter Forest Capital, Petra Capital, Pine Street Capital, and Patriot Capital.
