AAVIN Capital III, LP completed an investment to support the purchase of Formulation Technology, Inc. ("FormTech" or the "Company").

Founded in 1982, FormTech is a contract manufacturer of vitamins and supplements in the nutritional industry, offering product development, production, packaging, and labeling services related to tablets, capsules, powders, and chewable dietary nutritional supplements.

The Company operates out of a 40,000-square-foot facility that meets the Food and Drug Administration's requirements for dietary supplement, over-the-counter and prescription drug manufacturing, as well as requirements from Canada.

AAVIN has partnered with the current President, Matt McBride, on this deal. Matt has been with FormTech for 10 years and is very knowledgeable and skilled within the industry.
