AAVIN Capital III, LP announces it completed an investment to support the acquisition of Warm Thoughts Communications, Inc., a leading full-service marketing agency serving the home services industry

Founded in 1991, Warm Thoughts provides customized marketing solutions to home service companies across the HVAC, propane delivery, and heating oil sectors. The Company serves clients and industry associations in 40 states throughout North America, leveraging deep industry expertise across marketing strategy, creative services, digital advertising, technology, and data-driven solutions to help clients achieve measurable business success.

As part of the transaction, AAVIN has partnered with Ben Gutkin, President of Client Services, and Rich Carrione, President of Business Operations. Both will continue in their respective leadership roles and will retain an ownership interest in the Company following the transaction.
