SBIA Uplift Student Application

**IMPORTANT UPDATE AS OF JULY 1 2024**

The Uplift Program is undergoing some revisions to the student application process.  Until the new application process is available, you may continue to use this form to be considered for an Uplift scholarship.  However, applications received on July 1, 2024, or later, may be subject to additional application material requirements, which would be requested from you at a later time.

While the application process is being revised, we do not plan to award any Uplift scholarships.  We expect to be able to begin awarding scholarships again on August 1, 2024.  Thank you for your patience.
