2024 Independent Sponsor Forum Peer to Peer Roundtable

Description

As an independent sponsor, unlike our committed fund counterparts, there are no pre-determined time frames for an exit.  We are more patient capital, and, in difficult economic climates, that can be a decided advantage.  Even so, an exit is required to return capital and the planning is a nuanced path that begins at the outset of the investment.

Join a live peer roundtable, hosted by the Independent Sponsor Forum, of fellow Independent Sponsors to explore and discuss the nuanced strategies around Preparing Your Portfolio Company for an Exit with our roundtable host, Max Dezara, Founder & Managing Partner of Akoya Capital.

Space is limited and we’ll encourage all independent sponsors to share their own experiences and ideas as well as ask questions about issues that you need input on.  Some of the topics we expect to seed the discuss with include:
